Criminal Intelligence and 28 CFR Part 23

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Section 28, Part 23 (28CFR23) is a guideline for law enforcement agencies that operate or participate in federally funded multi-jurisdictional criminal intelligence systems. This may include agencies that participate in a multi-jurisdictional task force, receive HIDTA funds, make entries into a gang or intelligence database, or have access to RISSNET, RISSafe, RISSIntel, RISSGang, or RISS7/TRISS7.
