Targeting Investment Fraud

This course provides the knowledge and tools needed to respond to the growing problem of investment fraud. The course helps simplify investment fraud issues and gives the students resources to pursue successful investigations. Targeting Investment Fraud is presented in partnership with the FINRA Investor Education Foundation.

The course is a mixture of lecture and discussion.

• What is a security?
• Investigative steps: from complaint to prosecution
• Resources for investigation and prevention
• Q&A with regional investment fraud experts
