Upon completion of this course, students can expect to be proficient in all elements of BAIR Analytics flagship analytic product, "ATAC". The course is built around the published and proven "IZE" analysis methodology. Students will be taught how to utilize ATAC functionality to Categorize, Generalize, Organize, Minimize and Maximize real world data in such a way that ensures all possibilities are examined and exploited to the fullest. In addition to investigating data from an attribute perspective, students will be taught how to seamlessly incorporate ATAC's statistical, spatial and temporal functions to support and enhance analytic outcomes. The class will use real-world data and situations experienced by crime analysts and investigators.
