Pen-Link CATS + CSI Training

We are pleased to announce the availability of four day Pen-Link 8 CATS + CSI class, in Scottsdale, Arizona hosted by the Scottsdale PD and taught by Pen-Link, Ltd. The class will be held Tuesday, November 4th through Friday, November 7th, 2014 at the Scottsdale Police Department in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Call Analysis Training School, "CATS" for short, is the class most people take. CATS is for the average user who has just begun or perhaps has not yet started to use Pen-Link, and wants to learn how. The focus of CATS is to show the user what Pen-Link can do and how to do it. Our goal is to send people back to work with a set of skills they can apply right away and begin to build upon. People always leave CATS wishing they had used Pen-Link for years, because of the amount of work it can save them!

The Cell Site Intelligence course, or "CSI" for short, is intended for the intermediate Pen-Link user who wants to learn the best-practice techniques of cell site anlaysis. The focus of the CSI course is to teach participants the methods of gathering cell site location information and how to incorporate that data into their investigation and analysis. The course emphasizes hands-on experience, where students will work in teams to resolve real-life case scenarios. Upon completion of the CSI course, participants will return to the workplace with skills that provide them the extra edge in investigating cases where cell site information plays a key role.
