Spring Training Symposium 2026

The Spring Training Symposium is a one-of-a-kind event, delivering the best for our members, offering multiple training and networking opportunities for attendees in the law enforcement and crime analysis communities.  We will be hosting 2 training tracks, providing a vast array of knowledge for all skills and ability levels.

Our symposiums typically bring in approximately 100-125 attendees from across Arizona and the country, and is a great opportunity for our exhibitors to reach a more intimate audience.

Booth space is limited, so submit your registration ASAP to ensure your space!

Exhibitors

Standard Exhibitor Package -  $1,000

The standard package will include exhibition space in the Prickly Pear or Promenade areas*. It includes a brief opportunity to introduce yourself and your company during Opening Ceremonies. Your company logo will also be promoted through multiple platforms. 

The package includes:

• One 6-foot table in the exhibitor area with two feet of space on either side and two chairs.
• Two conference registrations.
• One 30-second speaking opportunity to all conference attendees during the Opening Ceremonies.
• Company logo published in the conference program.
• A link to your business website on the AACA's Conference Sponsor webpage.
• Gratitude post on all AACA Social Media.
• Option to provide informational materials to all attendees at check-in.

To encourage visitation to exhibitor booths, all refreshments, snack breaks and sponsored lunches will take place within the exhibitor space. All vendors are invited to take part in the luncheon, as well as refreshment breaks. Our attendees will also receive a “punch card” with prizes going  towards the winner(s).

Basic electricity to power up laptops for demonstrations is included. There is complimentary WiFi in the meeting space; however, there is no hard/direct line access provided. Please plan to have a backup, should the WiFi not be sufficient for your needs.

* Exhibitor booth space will be chosen based on Sponsorship levels, and/or date of registration. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Grand Canyon - $5,000

• Standard Exhibitor Package
• Sponsorship of lunch, with accompanying signage. 
• One 30-minute presentation during the lunch for all attendees. 
• One 5-minute speaking opportunity to all conference attendees during the Opening Ceremonies.
• Signage with your logo will be posted around the conference area and your sponsorship listed in the conference program. 
• The attendee list will be made available two weeks prior to the conference. We ask that you limit your initiated contact to no more than once prior to the conference and twice post-conference.

Copper State - $4,000

• Standard Exhibitor Package
• Sponsorship of Social Hour, with accompanying signage.  
• One 5-minute speaking opportunity to attendees during Social Hour. 
• One 5-minute speaking opportunity to all conference attendees during the Opening Ceremonies.
• Signage with your logo will be posted around the conference area and your sponsorship listed in the conference program. 
• The attendee list will be made available two weeks prior to the conference. We ask that you limit your initiated contact to no more than once prior to the conference and twice post-conference.
  

Saguaro - $3,000

• Standard Exhibitor Package
• Sponsorship of Breakfast, with accompanying signage. 
• One 5-minute speaking opportunity to all conference attendees during the Opening Ceremonies.
• Signage with your logo will be posted around the conference area and your sponsorship listed in the conference program. 
• The attendee list will be made available two weeks prior to the conference. We ask that you limit your initiated contact to no more than once prior to the conference and twice post-conference.

The Snowbird - prices vary

If you are unable to attend as vendor or leveled sponsor but would still like to sponsor our training conference in any amount, we are a 501(c)(6) organization. To show our appreciation for your donation, we will include the name of your business or organization and logo on our sponsor list. If you would like to include advertising material with your donation, we will include it as part of our attendee conference materials.
